Our right-to-reply process works like this: you receive a written summary of the story and the public records behind it, with a story reference number and a response window. You can respond by email, and we will reflect your response accurately before publication.
Please include the story reference number in the subject line so it reaches the right reporter. If you did not receive a response window and believe you should have, write to us and we will look into it.
